Assalatu Wassalamu Alayka Ya RasoolAllah ﷺ
# Chhat (roof) ke parnaale se barish ka pani gire woh paak hai chahe chhat par jagah jagah najaasat padi ho chahe najaasat parnaale ke munh par ho.
Jab tak najaasat se paani ke kisi khoobi mein badlaaw na aaye (rang, baas, maza) na badle tab tak.
# Aur agar baarish ruk gayi aur paani ka behna bhi ruk gaya to ab woh thehra, ruka huwa paani hai or ab chhat ka paani najis naapaak hai.
# Aise hi naaliyon se barsaat ka behta paani paak hai jab tak napaaki ka rang, baas ya mazaa usme zaahir na ho.
# Agar uss paani me najaasate maraiya matlab dikhne wali napaaki ke zarraat aise behte jaa rahe hai ke chullu liya jayega to usme aikaad zarra us naapaaki ka bhi zaroor hoga to ye paani haath me lete hi naapaak ho gaya. Wuzu usse haraam Aur agar aisa nahee hai to jaiz hai aur bachna behtar hai.
# Naalo ka pani ke baaris ke baad ruk gaya Agar uss mai napaaki ke zarre pata chale (mehsus ho) ya uska rang or baas pata chale (mehsus ho) to napaak hai. Aur agar aisa nahee ho to paak hai.
